Hello! I'm Blueberry Cotton Cheese Cake

hye! hari ni amal baking blueberry cotton cheesecake dan amal nak share resepi kat blog ini :)

Part One

How to make cotton cheesecake:
1. Melt cream cheese, butter and milk over a double boiler. Cool the mixture. Fold in the flour, the cornflour, egg yolks, lemon juice and mix well.
2. Whisk egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Add in the sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.
3. Add the cheese mixture to the egg white mixture and mix well. Pour into 2 cake pan with same size (Lightly grease and line the bottom and sides of the pan with greaseproof baking paper or parchment paper).
4. Bake cheesecake in a water bath until set and golden brown at 160 degrees C.

 Part Two
The fun part! Get ready with whip cream and blueberry jam! 
Layered the cake with whip cream and blueberry jam, just like the picture above
Coat the whole cake with whip cream and deco it with some blueberry jam or blueberry fruit would be nice, amal don't have that hehe..Tadaaaa! here you go, the blueberry cotton cheese cake!
